WM LAW charges hourly rates in line with the market.
The diversity of the assignments we undertake means that we always work on the basis of an individual quotation (we refer to these as ‘service proposals’, which include an outline of the context, the technical specifications, a budget (fees and disbursements) and the completion deadlines).
In tax matters, as in litigation, we like to link our fate to that of our clients and offer packages with a basic fee + a success fee depending on the complexity and importance of the issues at stake.
